The aforementioned shall not be responsible nor liable for any harm or injury sustained as a result of participation. Fitness activities can pose potential risks of harm. To reduce/avoid injury, consult your professional medical provider before beginning any fitness activities or programs through this site. Participants are responsible for their own safety in areas that are free from potential hazards during participation. If you experience any nausea, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, irregular heartbeat or other health concerns, stop exercising immediately and see professional medical assistance. 

RECORDING AND/OR SCREENSHOTS ARE PROHIBITED BY PARTICIPANTS
